Dear Reader,

These days its much tougher for kids.   Enter the GPS.  In former days, kids would quietly plan to cover their bases.   How to evade the teachers and other monitors… how to get off the school grounds without getting caught… how to handle the parents… all culminating in the thrill of skipping school!

This is a slightly more elaborate system for problem truancy.   The kids with too many absences wind up with a personal tracking device they can use.   There is an alternative.

Legal prosecution, possible time in juvenile hall and a $2,000 fine for the parents.
